What problems did you have in the day-to-day management of your business before using Beesy?

“Every day, on the construction sites, meetings are multiplying and organizations are growing… The control of exchanges and information is becoming more and more important.
And this at all levels of the site team, whether it is the site managers with their companies or the operation manager with his teams.

Let’s take the example of a site manager who has to manage a few companies:
Generally speaking, the coordination meeting is held on a weekly basis and the minutes are written in Excel or Word format. Multiply this exercise by 4 or 5 companies and you will obtain the number of actions/information that the site manager must follow.
The exercise is all the more difficult as each report is static, they must be reviewed one by one to identify important actions to be taken or those that are already late.
The exercise is time-consuming and as a result, many site managers are more likely to be affected by priorities than they are to manage them. »

How did Beesy solve all these problems?

“Beesy was able to make all this dynamic. Articulated like a database, the information/actions written in the company’s weekly note are automatically recorded and sorted (deadlines, companies, carrier).
Managing your action plans and identifying the actions to be carried out today by a company, an employee, becomes much easier. A quick glance in the dashboard and the program of the day is defined. »

What gains have you seen today since you started using Beesy?

A real time saving and greater precision in the work of the site manager. This allows him to be more proactive than corrective.

As for the site manager, by following the work of his employees through “roadmap” notes, the gain is identical: i.e. time saving and greater precision.
Similarly, by writing the minutes of meetings with the client, or even alone, the actions/information is automatically shared with the team: we gain in efficiency and speed. The time required to create a site report has been cut in half!
The loss of information is therefore more than reduced and the team’s reactivity greatly improved.
However, oral exchanges with the team are not abandoned, they are just more efficient because some of the information has already been taken into account via the Beesy note.

The team has fully embraced the project, it is estimated that Beesy’s use rate is over 90%. »
