Export to PDF on iPad with Beesy 1.60
Beesy enables you to send your meeting minutes right out from the meeting with a professional layout, as well as a CSV export for further reporting.
With Beesy 1.60, you can export to PDF on iPad as well and send this through email.
Remark : if you send your meeting minutes trhough email, Beesy will automatically attached the PDF report as well if you bought the option.
Why a PDF report ?
Many of our users wished they could send the meeting minutes in a PDF format to quickly send it at the end of their meetings. This file format will prevent any layout change depending on who you send it to and will make sure that its content rest unaltered.
From now on, you can send reports using standard email and make a few changes before you send it or directly send it in PDF format.
How does it work ?
| This new feature is optional and roquets you to buy the correct In-App purchase option in Beesy. To do this, go to the Settings tag and find the additional options button. Beesy will pop up a list of possible options, among which you will find the PDF export.To install it, simply it the button next to its description and installation will start directly after payment verification through iTunes.Warning : you must have an Internet connection available in order to verify and process the payment. |

| Once you bought this option, you will be able to export all available reports within Beesy in PDF format. To do this, just tap the standard export button in the upper right toolbar:
Remark : When you export to PDF, your report will embedd all possible attachments, at the right place in your report. This is a similar behavior to the Evernote export. |
