    Hi all,

    I have a lot of meetings with a lot of people.

    Normally they all are in the participants list of the calendar entry. I would have thought that I could just use them as participants for the notes as well but That seems to be not possible. Only predefined people seem to be integrated in that group. Pitty…

    Next idea: OK, let’s add all contacts or at least like 20 contacts at the same time in the people list. Not possible either as it seems…

    What is the smart approach? I do not want to add each participant one by one with browsing each by itself and adding him to the people list…
