HOW TO SAVE TIME AT WORK?

How to get more productive at work and not lose time?

1. Time waste

Admittedly, most of our day at work is not necessarily productive! It is important to know how to manage our time and not to lose any. Most of our days are spent on sending emails and other tasks (telephone, communication, meetings, etc.).• The majority of managers have about 62 meetings per year which is about 1000 hours per year, per manager.
• Managers have approximately 300 actions to be performed annually, which means that they would use about 15 books a year.
• Professionals write about 30 hours of reports per year, which means 4 hours per week for a CRM and 2 hours per week per project.

According to a study done by the Institute EasyPanel, for e-commerce site Crucial.fr, almost half of respondents (43.3%) spend up to 30 minutes a day on tasks that are not directly related to their work. A quarter (25.1%) even loses up to one hour a day and some (89%) professionals’ think that they are wasting too much time in the office.
