Nice tips and effective information. I think time is the vital part of a meeting. We should effectively use the time. It’s meeting leader duty to ensure every attendee participating in the meeting. Make sure that discussion is going as per the agenda if not then stop the discussion and ask an attendee to speak only about the topic which is there in an agenda.
