Team goal setting enables a team to clarify what constitutes meaningful results for them.
The more team members are involved in agreeing what results they want to achieve the more committed they are likely to be to achieving them. Gaining ideas and commitment at an early stage pays in the longer term.
Teams come together as an effective unit much more quickly when they have a challenging and meaningful goal they are committed to achieving.
So it’s important to frame the team goal setting so that the results the team commits to are challenging, clear and are goals that the members value and recognize as important.
Follow-up on your Goals
Access to the feature
Goal sharing can be accessed from your online account and require a Beesy Team subscription.
Click on Projects Tab > Select a Goal > Click on “See Actions” button.
Share your entire workspace
Sharing a goal is the same process as sharing a Project.
The difference is that you will share all the projects attached and theirs actions.
Then, all projects created on the Goal will be automatically shared.
Goal actions view
This view displays all your actions split by Project attached to this goal.
As in the projects, people and actions view, you can:
- Filter the actions list by Note, Topic, People, Prority or Action type.
- Export a Goal Review by email, PDF, Word or Excel.
