Beesy.me Team: Collaborative Projects – Your Online Project Management Software
Your Online Project Management Software for Real-Time Collaboration
As an Online Project Management Software, Beesy allows you to share a Project with some of your Beesy contacts for managing collaborative projects. The team has now a full view on who is doing what in the project, and what the next steps are.
This feature also enables new members of a team to access all the relevant and historical data for this project.
Collaborate with Your Team & Clients
Eliminates email hell and puts everything in one place.
Using Beesy.me, your team will know what they have to do, when it must be done and who needs to do it. They’ll know exactly where to look to find and store everything they need. And so will your clients. Whether it’s the head office or your latest lead, your client can keep up-to-date with what’s going on without having to bug you — something you’ll both feel better about.
Your team can do their work where they need to be, using our iPad app; it doesn’t matter if that’s in a workshop, a meeting room or sitting at their desk.
How to Share a Collaborative Project
The Sharing Project feature is only available on your Beesy.me account and you need to have the Beesy.me Team service plan to share it.
Once you have created your Goal & your project, you just have to click on the blue button on the top right (see attachment).
The shared project popup open. On the right side you can browse all your Notes assigned to this Project
Choose all or some of these notes you wish to share, select them, click on “Add person”. When you’re done click the “Next” button.
Next step: On the right side you can browse all your contacts with a Beesy.me account.
Choose all the users with whom you wish to share your project and goal, select them, click on “Add person”. When you’re done click the “Share” button.
As soon as your project is shared, the blue button turns green.
