Get organized with a smart task manager.

Harvard business review published an interesting article

Although the title is definitely a provocation, the findings are interesting.

Studies shows that people that actually spend time organizing themselves with complex system are actually less efficient than people that don’t waste time organizing themselves but use the correct task manager. If you use an efficient task manager, you will increase your productivity at work.

Example: emailing filing versus email search. Second option is way more efficient.

So basically, what the article is saying is that we’re moving from a world where YOU have to adapt you’re organizational system into the tools to a world where everything should adapt to you:

– auto complete

– reltionship proposal

– contextual search etc …

It completely matches my view no the subject and the way I’m trying to develop Beesy.

Let you working and make sure the “computer” provides you with enough context to help you go faster. No waste of time to organize / update / reorganize things.

In terms of development issues, I can assure you it’s not trivial but it’s probably worth the effort, at least I hope  it will show in sales figures 🙂

Thus, we are developing Beesy as a business task manager app to manage day-to-day activities from a single application: Beesy provides a smart note taking appthat understands the underlying tasks and suppress unnecessary operations by:
– Automating To-do lists from meetings
– Enabling instant meeting minutes
– Providing On-demand task management by people, project or type of action.

As recommended in this article, spend a lot of time to organize your activites is not productive so we hope that our smart task manager app will help you.

Save your time and increase your productivity at work!

Thanks Michael Schrage for this great article!
