Beesy Online help just released

After a very good launch 1 month and a half ago, our customer came back with some feedback: we need a simple help to understand how Beesy is structured.
We’ve been working on an integrated app help during the last few weeks
Its content will be available to browse in-App and will allow new users to easily understand how Beesy works.

In-App Help coming in our next release

Our next release is now in approval by Apple, it should be out in a few days.
It will feature a whole new help experience for the new users as well as existing customers.

First, there will be an Help pop up window that will launch every time you start Beesy. This Help popup will allow you to nicely browse the Online Help inside the app itself.
Off course, you can ask Beesy to turn it off and never be bothered again by the popup.

Then we completely redesign the in-App Help notes. Formerly, there was only one tutorial that was missing a lot of things to get started. We decided to completely change it by splitting the information in several help notes:

  • one general overview of Beesy and how it works. This help note will present the 5 key feature of Beesy and how you use them in the App. Reading this, you will be able to understand the concept and get started very fast.
  • one detail help note per key feature of Beesy, to get more details on how to do things in the concerned part. It will give some insights on specific features and will help you master Beesy. You don’t need to read those to start using the app, but you will be much more efficient in using the app after reading them.

Off course, we thought about our existing customers and they will be able to manually create those help notes on their iPad.

We hope that you will enjoy this new help, we’re looking forward to your comments,
