In April (Source Appanie) the management tools have a strong presence in the Top 10, they even occupy the Top 5 ranking.

Concerning productivity applications called « paid », we can see that 60% of the top is for taking notes, to manage to-do list, as well as downloading files (Clear, Thinglist, Downloads) to organize the various tasks to be performed.
The top spot is for Emoji application, which allows to make our data more attractive, more « pretty » in terms of presentation of the document.
iWork applications (Pages, Numbers and Keynotes) are once again present in this ranking, although they tend to be positioned at the end of grading.

The « free » apps continued to confirm our previous analysis on the progress of applications to share and save files in the Cloud. These applications are leading the Top 5 and 40% of the top with Gmail, Dropbox, Google Drive and Yahoo Mail. These types of tools allow storage of notes, documents from any device.

• The « Export to DropBox » button will push the current note, project, person or type of action to your Dropbox account.

Remark : on your first export, you will have to authenticate to your Dropbox account and allow Beesy to access your Dropbox account. Beesy will not store any authentication information, everything is handled by Dropbox.
Once the connection between Beesy and Dropbox is established, a simple tap on the export button will handle things automatically.
Tip 1 : if you bought the In-App option to export reports to PDF documents, this PDF file will be pushed as well to your Dropbox drive.
Tip 2 : you can export to Dropbox even if you’re not connected to the Internet. Beesy will sync to Dropbox once you get a connection back

• Actions : every export from the « Actions » tab
• Notes : every export from the « Notes » tab
• People : every export from the « People » tab
• Projects : every export from the « Projects » tab

Then, in each directory, here is the tree structure :

• First level directory : Report name, including creation date for notes
• Second level directory : Report name + Export date + export number if multiple export

• HTML report, linking to attachments on your Dropbox account
• Report attachments (photos, web, audio and documents)
• PDF reports including inline attachments (if In-App option was bought)

Remark : notes created from a previous one in the previous one will let you flip through the meeting history right after the upgrade.

Any status change for an action in this meeting will automatically be updated for any previous meetings, making sure you get the most accurate information regardless of which meeting note you access the information from.

Remark 1 : If you delete one action in a meeting note, Beesy will not delete it in any previous meeting notes to let you keep an history of your action.

Remark 2 : Any action with the « Follow-up » switch in their property on OFF will not be imported in the new meeting note.

To install it, simply it the button next to its description and installation will start directly after payment verification through iTunes.

Warning : you must have an Internet connection available in order to verify and process the payment.

• the « Export to PDF » button will let you send your meeting minutes or any report trough email in PDF format.

Remark : When you export to PDF, your report will embedd all possible attachments, at the right place in your report. This is a similar behavior to the Evernote export.

Tip : If you bought the « Export to PDF » option, the PDF report will automatically be added to your email report (with no attachments since they’re already included in the email) as well as in every Dropbox sync you’ll do.

March (Source Appanie) is no exception to the rule at the beginning of the year, and still offers many applications around the iPad productivity tools for professionals.

In addition, it can also communicate with other users of multiple platforms and devices, with the conversion of XPS or PDF file in order to share it with users on any platform.

Version 1.50 of Beesy not only saves time in his presentations, but also to share information in order to create a collaborative space. Reminerder : how beesy integrate Evernote

Beesy offre la possibilité d’exporter votre compte-rendu, vos reportings, les actions de vos équipes… sur Evernote. Once you have filtered that you want to export, you just need to select the « Export » button on the top right of your screen. You will have several possibilities:
